Our "No Risk" Guarantee:  Our guarantee to you is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with the reduction of your junk mail or telemarketing calls, we will be more than happy to refund the full amount that you paid for our service. We only ask that you wait at least five months for the service to fully take affect. Certain junk mailers and/or telemarketers can take up to five months to comply depending upon when your request is submitted, but you should begin to see results in as early as three weeks.  If for any reason you’re not satisfied within six months of signing up for this service, your money will be promptly returned.  No hassles, no questions asked, and no hard feelings.  Although departments exist within these companies to fulfill name deletion requests, please keep in mind that once your request has been mailed, it becomes the responsibility of the individual company to comply.

State Do Not Call Lists:  Some states have a “Do Not Call” list specific to telemarketers in that state in addition to what we provide in the packet.  Some of these states charge a fee to be added to their list and we have opted not to include this option in our service in an effort to keep our price as low as possible.  To see if your state has such a list, click here.
